You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused, unwashed item in its original packaging. We understand that kids grow fast and preferences change, so we offer a no-questions-asked return policy for most items.

2 How to Initiate a Return

• Log into your KwikNap account and go to "My Orders".
• Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason.
• Print the prepaid return shipping label provided.
• Drop the package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a KwikNap pickup.

3 Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, our team inspects it within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is initiated.
